Terms & Conditions

1.      Please understand that by enrolling with us we will be holding a position for you for the duration of the course. Should you cancel your enrolment within 14 days of commencement, your deposit may be forfeit.

2.      Payment plans incur a $50.00 bookkeeping fee. These payments are payable from the 1^st lesson at $50.00 per lesson till paid in full.

3.      The student is liable for the full amount of course fees upon commencement of course, whether they withdraw early or miss lessons, without prior consultation with the Centre.

4.      Delays in completing payment of fees may result in exclusion from lessons and you will not be able to sit assessment or receive qualifications. Further, should your fee’s become overdue more than 30 days, you agree to indemnify the Centre in respect to debt collection costs and commissions regarding this fee.

5.      Attendance to class is required to all lessons. We (The Centre) cannot, nor can 

      our lecturers be responsible for missed information due to your absence. Deferment due to personal or health reasons may be granted, however a deferment fee of $25.00 may be applicable & all fees owing to that date would still be due.

6.      The Centre reserves the right to cancel the course due to any unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds will be issued in these unforeseen events.

7.      It is expected that students will behave in a professional manner whilst in attendance at the Centre. Any behaviour deemed to be of an unprofessional manner might lead to refusal of entry to the Centre.

8.      I understand that the Centre cannot accept responsibility for any accident, injury, damage or loss of property.

9.      Whilst the Centre may arrange work experience within the industry for the students, the Centre cannot guarantee any form of employment.

10.   The Centre breaks for the school holiday period unless otherwise arranged, recommencing the first week at the normal times. Usually the 8-week course break after the 4^th lesson.

11.   Should you have any problems or questions, these should be addressed to the  lecturer before or after the lesson. Should you find no satisfactory result, please forward your question/ problems to the management at the above address.
